We call it the “American Dream”. Get married, raise a family, be successful in the workplace, and begin building financial equity by owning your own home. People travel across the oceans; they cross the borders, just for the chance to experience that dream. Even more, they yearn to see their children grow up having the same opportunity. As a Realtor, I am involved in the lives of many people in their journey toward home ownership. They may be a first-time home buyer.
